OpsBridge uses SMS to send operational notifications related to account access, account notifications, customer care, service requests, scheduling updates, delivery notifications, service completion updates, customer portal updates, proposal review updates, invoices, invoice review notifications, invoice status updates, payment reminders, support follow-ups, and team task updates.

To opt in, a customer, team member, or workspace user enters their phone number in an OpsBridge form and checks the optional SMS consent box below.
