Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains general subscription cancellation, renewal, downgrade, failed payment, and refund handling for OpsBridge.

Effective date: May 6, 2026

Effective Date

This policy is effective as of May 6, 2026.

Overview

OpsBridge is offered as business software. This policy is intended to describe baseline subscription expectations unless a written agreement, order form, or applicable law says otherwise.

Relationship to the Terms of Service

This policy works together with the Terms of Service, any checkout terms, and any written agreement that applies to a subscription. If a signed agreement conflicts with this public policy, the signed agreement may control for that customer.

Subscription Billing

Subscription fees may be billed monthly, annually, or on another agreed cycle. Customers are responsible for keeping payment information current and paying applicable taxes or fees.

Trials

If OpsBridge offers a trial, trial terms will be presented at signup or in a written agreement. Trial availability, duration, and conversion rules may vary and should not be assumed unless expressly offered.

Renewal and Recurring Billing

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date according to the applicable plan or agreement.

Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund amounts already paid unless required by law, expressly stated in writing, or approved by OpsBridge as a discretionary credit.

How to Cancel

Customers may cancel through available account controls or by contacting OpsBridge at info@opsbridgeapp.com. Include the workspace or billing email so the request can be reviewed.

Effect of Cancellation

After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless the account is terminated for cause or a written agreement says otherwise. Some data export, retention, or access limitations may apply after cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement. OpsBridge may review billing errors, duplicate charges, or exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Fees

Setup, onboarding, professional services, custom configuration, usage-based charges, and already incurred third-party costs may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Downgrades or Plan Changes

Downgrades or plan changes may affect available features, usage limits, data access, or workspace capabilities. Unless stated otherwise, downgrades take effect at the next billing period.

Failed Payments

Failed payments may result in retry attempts, notices, suspension, feature limits, or cancellation. OpsBridge may preserve access for a reasonable period where operationally appropriate, but access is not guaranteed after failed payment.

Account Access After Cancellation

Customers should export needed records before cancellation when export tools are available. Access to invoices, proposals, tasks, customer records, or operational history may be limited after cancellation according to product and retention settings.

Exceptions and Discretionary Credits

OpsBridge may offer discretionary credits or exceptions, but doing so once does not create a future obligation or general policy.
