Acceptable Use Policy

This policy explains the baseline conduct rules that protect OpsBridge, customer workspaces, team members, customers, and communications channels.

Overview

OpsBridge is designed for legitimate business operations. Users must not use the platform in a way that harms security, privacy, service reliability, recipients, customers, team members, or the public.

Service Operations and Intelligence Use

OpsBridge may support operations intelligence, leads, requests, proposals, invoices, tasks, schedules, portals, and communications. Those tools must be used for authorized business purposes and must not be used to mislead recipients, bypass consent, or turn operational data into unauthorized outreach.

Prohibited Activities

  • Using OpsBridge for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity.
  • Misrepresenting identity, authority, company affiliation, or message purpose.
  • Uploading malware, harmful code, or content intended to disrupt systems.
  • Interfering with platform availability or integrity.

Abuse, Fraud, and Illegal Use

You may not use OpsBridge to facilitate fraud, illegal services, unlawful discrimination, harassment, threats, impersonation, or activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Messaging and Communications Abuse

Email and SMS features must be used for legitimate operational communications. You may not use OpsBridge for spam, cold abuse, misleading payment pressure, debt collection harassment, or messages without appropriate authority or consent.

Data Scraping, Spam, or Unauthorized Outreach

You may not scrape, harvest, enrich, export, or contact people or businesses in ways that violate law, provider terms, recipient preferences, or workspace policy. Automation must remain within authorized product use.

Security Violations

You may not attempt unauthorized access, credential attacks, vulnerability exploitation, rate-limit evasion, tenant boundary bypass, reverse engineering intended to defeat security, security testing without written permission, or interference with monitoring and audit controls.

Misuse of Customer or Team Member Data

Customer, team member, service, billing, and operational data may only be used for authorized business purposes. Users must not expose, sell, misuse, or access data outside their role or workspace responsibilities.

Restricted Content

Do not upload or transmit content that is malicious, unlawfully discriminatory, exploitative, sexually abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or otherwise incompatible with business operations software.

Enforcement

OpsBridge may limit, suspend, or terminate access; remove content; block communications; preserve records; or report activity when needed to protect users, the platform, providers, or legal obligations.

Reporting Abuse

Report suspected abuse to info@opsbridgeapp.com. Include relevant workspace, message, URL, or account details when available.
